It’s all here, so take a closer look! /p pbTogether we do what matters. /b /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liHelp clients shape their transformation plans, identifying the opportunities for change, the value drivers that will make it successful, and shaping into their roadmap for change. /li liProvide hands-on program and change management capabilities on large-scale transformation and change programs for our varied clients. /li liLead or co-ordinate relevant workstreams. /li liHelp set the vision, right culture of behaviors, and pace and momentum for change in that business or organisation. /li liSupport the design, implementation and management of transformation offices and the supporting infrastructure, in overseeing and directly changing and transformation. /li liArticulate a compelling case for change and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behavior modelling for their teams. /li liDesign and delivery of change initiatives /li liDemonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Skills and experiences /h3 ul liExperience of supporting the delivery of change and transformation projects, either within industry or a consultancy. /li liWorking knowledge and experience across different sectors and industries and the various scenarios and drivers creating the need for change. /li liUnderstanding change in the broader organizational context and the ability to provide functional guidance to support successful transitions /li liInvolvement on the development and delivery of change and transformation strategies, associated implementation plans, business cases, and operating and governance structures. /li liExcellent PowerPoint and visual development skills.
