Responsibilities and general duties:
* Support in managing customer requests, providing timely, personalized, and effective service to all customers in accordance with the brand guidelines.
* Support in all the after sales activities
* Support in the interaction with suppliers in order to negotiate and achieve solutions able to satisfy the wishes of customers and respect company objectives
* Liaise with the relevant teams to resolve promptly any customer service issues and ensure their satisfaction (Logistics, Production, E-commerce, Retail and Wholesale)
* Providing initiatives
* Developing and maintaining vast knowledge of the products and services being offer.
* Proactive personality, prone to problem solving
* 2 Years of experience in After Sales or Customer Care Department in Luxury contexts
* Ability to interface with all the departments and suppliers.
* Accuracy and attention to details;
* Ability to prioritize tasks, and delivery results within short deadlines;
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Highly Proficient user of MS Office in particular good knowledge of Excel.
* Good English knowledge required. Other languages will be a plus.
