Ph3Overview /h3 pThe Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will bdeliver a memorable experience /b for our patients with each interaction, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will bpractice precision /b in providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above, share responsibility with the team to keep the clinic running smoothly, and exemplify integrity in all actions. /p h3Locations Schedule /h3 pPrimary support at bWestover Hills /b and bBandera /b clinics, with occasional coverage at bNew Braunfels, Alamo Heights /b, and bStone Oak /b. Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions. /li liDiagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma. /li liOrder and interpret diagnostic tests (allergy testing, sinus CT scans, pulmonary function tests). /li liDevelop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations. /li liPerform and assist with in‑office procedures: ul liAdministration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT) /li liNasal endoscopy /li /ul /li liEducate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use. /li liCollaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care. /li liDocument all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of visit. /li liOversee and manage food and environmental allergy testing (Percutaneous and Intracutaneous). /li liProvide pre‑op and post‑op evaluation for surgeon‑performed sinus procedures. /li liBuild relationships with referring medical providers and local medical community. /li liAttend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep to market Aspire. /li liAdhere to standard metrics: ul liTesting: 50% minimum threshold /li liTreatment: 30% minimum threshold /li liIOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold /li /ul /li liOther duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. /li liGraduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program. /li liCurrent Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license. /li liBasic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. /li liValid driver’s license. /li liPreferred: experience with EMR/EHR systems. /li liStrong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. /li liAbility to manually take vitals and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff. /li /ul h3Benefits Resources /h3 ul liCareerPage: /li liInstagram: /li liLinkedIn: /li liTikTok: /li /ul pAspire Allergy Sinus is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
