Overview
A wonderful opportunity for a talented
Courier Support Specialist 2D
to join InPost's Italy Logistics Team. You will have a strategic role working closely with several departments: drivers, warehouse operators and Logistics team. The person we're looking for has a true passion for problem solving and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will monitor OOH (Out Of Home) and 2D (To Door) shipments to be delivered
You will focus on undelivered shipments.
You will interact with warehouse managers and their respective logistics managers to understand the reasons for non-delivery.
You will interact with various suppliers
You will analyze data on the daily performance of couriers through various reports
You will collaborate with depot supervisors and logistic managers
You will be in charge of transferring some information to our depots
What you need to succeed
Proven organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
