Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Leader to take end‑to‑end accountability for operational excellence and team development within our Capriata D'Orba Plant. This role is crucial for driving performance across key operational metrics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
End‑to‑End Operational Accountability: Assume 360‑degree accountability for all KPIs within the assigned production line and area, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and mentor a team of direct reports; drive individual growth through development plans and performance feedback; foster a high‑performance culture.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management: Act as a proactive "Agent of Change" championing Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Integrated Lean Six Sigma framework; contribute to IL6S pillars and spearhead advancement of IL6S phases.
Compliance & Safety Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on People Safety and Food Safety.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related scientific discipline (e.g., Food Technology).
Minimum 4‑5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, demonstrating responsibility for production processes, product quality, and people management.
Essential Skills & Competencies
Proven people‑management abilities: coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage operational demands and accomplish business objectives.
Deep commitment to compliance, especially People Safety and Food Safety.
Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to address operational challenges and drive efficiency.
Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
