Direct message the job poster from Vietti The DTC / Revenue Manager will optimize every aspect of direct-to-consumer sales and expanding revenue opportunities beyond current avenues, with the goal of maximizing revenue and enhancing the customer shopping experience leading to improvement of customer engagement. They will define the DTC strategy across the various channels, including pricing planning, promotions and customer engagement, on-site opportunities, wine shop growth, hospitality needs, and more, while continuously monitoring performance to ensure business growth and sustainability. What you will do : Scale direct-to-consumer sales through the existing DTC channels (Wine Shop and Wine Club) and new DTC channels defining and executing tailor-made strategies Increase customer engagement and outreach to create a deeper connection with customers and generate more traffic / interest towards the historic winery in Castiglione Falletto and Langhe, especially during the low season Increase long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through audience segmentation and customer loyalty, promoting loyalty programs, personalized offers, targeted communications, or potential referral programs Identify additional revenue opportunities by collaborating with the other companies of the Group and potential external partners, including Tour Operators Develop strategies for exclusive events targeted at Wine Club members in order to attract new customers and encourage loyalty. Develop new experiences (Tours & Tastings) Define pricing strategies for the various DTC channels (wine club, physical stores) to maximize value for the customer and revenue for the company, in cooperation with the Sales Managers Monthly analysis of wine allocations versus sales and warehouse stock management Performance and sales data monitoring Create DTC / Revenue tools that can be used across the wine portfolio; assist in development of DTC / revenue programming throughout the portfolio as needed to hand off to individual wineries Who we are looking for : At least 5 years of experience in a winery as a DTC expert, in food / beverage and related fields Ideal background studies in Economics or Communications / Viticulture / Oenology or equivalent work experience Experience in customer engagement strategy Proven ability to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities Minimum Skills and / or Knowledge Required Knowledge of wine and the broader wine world Strategic thinking and commercial acumen Availability to travel nationally and internationally for short trips Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and hospitality Strong analytical skills to monitor DTC performance, understand trends, and optimize pricing strategies, margin analysis, and real-time performance using advanced analytics tools Ability to adapt to an evolving business and proactively identify growth opportunities Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment Knowledge of CRM tools Enologia’ software knowledge is a plus Excellent knowledge of English (other languages appreciated – German is a plus) About Our Group Vietti is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
