Responsibilities
Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across selected modules.
Support pre‑sales activities by helping prepare documentation, demos, or feasibility assessments.
Collaborate with clients to collect and refine functional requirements.
Configure and test system functionalities according to business needs and project guidelines.
Work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations.
Autonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support.
Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team.
Open to short, medium, and long‑term travel to client sites.
Additional Desirable Skills
Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models.
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Solid analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.
Experience with Agile methodologies or Design Thinking.
