* Support the preparation of monthly management reporting and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
* Contribute to the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
* Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying risks and improvement areas
* Support cost control and profitability analysis by business unit/project
* Ensure consistency between accounting data and management reporting
* Collaborate with Accounting for monthly closing activities
* Support cash flow analysis and working capital monitoring
* Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and management
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields
* 5 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, audit or similar finance roles
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines in dynamic environments
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
