ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor daily outbound transport activities using freight and transport dashboardsOrganize urgent, dedicated, and exceptional deliveries to meet required lead timesDefine outbound transport solutions for oversized, special, or non‐standard shipmentsTrack outbound shipments, manage transport anomalies, and ensure timely follow‐upImplement and support corrective actions within the outbound transport planPropose solutions to improve outbound transport efficiency and service levelsEnsure lead times for urgent and standard outbound orders are consistently metGuarantee shipment quality and compliance with national and international transport regulationsManage daily operational or safety issues (e.g.
delays, damages, access restrictions)Approve urgent or exception deliveries in coordination with warehouse operations
REQUIREMENTS:Fluent English required; additional European xkiyazw languages are a plusStrong knowledge of outbound transport, logistics, and supply chain operationsProven experience in operational cost control and performance monitoringProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); TMS knowledge is a plusStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCUustomer‐oriented, and results‐driven mindsetHigh level of autonomy, resilience, and priority managementWillingness to travel when required
