If you want to grow in a fast paced, international environment and shape how brands show up on social, start the next chapter of your career with us. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liYou stay ahead of social trends, formats and cultural moments and translate what works on each platform into relevant content ideas for Global Brands /li liYou develop content directions and creative concepts based on strategic insights and present ideas that align with Global Brands objectives /li liYou execute high quality content across formats such as static, carousels, Reels, TikToks, Stories and emerging platforms, ensuring every asset is fit for channel and format /li liYou cut and edit video content directly in native tools like CapCut, TikTok and Instagram, delivering scroll stopping edits with sharp pacing, on trend audio and native aesthetics /li liYou manage the end to end content creation process from concept to final delivery, maintaining quality and deadlines /li liYou collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to bring content calendars to life, proactively contributing ideas and flagging opportunities /li /ul h3Your skills /h3 ul liYou value diversity, equality and a driven, passionate team culture and take creative ownership while staying open to feedback and collaboration /li liYou have 1+ year of experience in social content creation and can share strong examples, especially video edits /li liYou have a deep understanding of what makes content perform and can clearly articulate why something works /li liYou are highly skilled in video editing using platform native tools like CapCut, TikTok and Instagram Reels and are comfortable working with Canva /li liYou live on social platforms, spot trends early and know how to adapt them for different brand contexts, and you are familiar with AI tools for content creation and efficiency or eager to develop these skills /li liYou are fluent in English, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment /li liPlus: You bring experience in content production and shootings, social amplification for large scale campaigns or global brands, and ideally have worked with audio and digital formats such as Spotify, podcasts or audio storytelling /li /ul h3About us /h3 bWe make advertising meaningful. /bbr/ pCo-founded by Lara Daniel and Christoph Kastenholz in 2014, Pulse Advertising was born with a vision to make advertising meaningful.
