About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting social compliance assessments, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests and related calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough social compliance assessments based on established procedures and client expectations.
* Deliver high-quality reports according to agreed protocols and timelines.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
* Interact with internal team members, including training coordinators and administrators.
* Work collaboratively with co-assessors to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes.
* Adhere to company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
The Successful Candidate
Should possess a university degree in a relevant field, such as Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, or Environmental Studies. Additionally, they should have sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for LRQA auditors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance.
* Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews and reviews of employment records.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
* Ability to travel extensively and frequently, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under varying conditions.
