WHAT YOU WILL DO: Design UAS mission profiles and prepare technical documents (e.g., ConOps, Drone Manual, Operation Manual etc.) to support drone operations;Coordinate test campaigns with UAS within the "sandbox" managed by UrbanV and prepare all necessary documentation for the different approval phases;Prepare risk assessments for UAS operations using SORA methodology;Prepare technical documents to support European research projects on UAS and U-Space in which UrbanV participates (Eureka and U-elcome projects);Work with technology and regulatory teams to present evidence of safe and well-planned UAS operations to civil aviation authorities.Ensure UAS operational safety through effective risk assessment, hazard mitigation, and adherence to procedures and checklists.Analyze UAS flight data, troubleshoot and resolve technical UAS issues. WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT WE SEARCH IN YOU:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree on technical subjects;From 1 year of work experience.At least one of the following work experiences:o UAS operators; o UAS training school;o UAS operations consulting firms; o UAS manufacturer.Experience in drafting procedures and SORA risk assessments;Knowledge of UAS EASA and ENAC regulations;Advanced knowledge of informatics systems (Es. Google workspace, Google Earth) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Problem solving;Fluency in written and spoken EnglishDrone pilot license and SORA training course would be strongly appreciated and be considered as an asset.
