He/she should either have previous knowledge of applications in scope or otherwise demonstrate the experience and capacity to learn and rapidly become proficient. He/she will be responsible for the configuration, administration and support of Marketing Applications and will contribute to processes that include design, importation, delivery and support. This position will ensure that the platforms are configured in accordance with defined data governance, and that data integrity is maintained. He/she should be able to work in autonomy and have the experience and skills to plan, manage and administer the applications in scope. /p h3ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /h3 ul liPlan, design and implement the deployment, configuration, customization and management of the applications in scope, working with IT colleagues and vendors to design, implement and test the changes required. /li liAct as the first point of contact for issues reported and make sure they are logged into ServiceNow. /li liAnalyze, diagnose, and resolve issues, escalating more complex ones as needed. /li liCreate training materials and other required documentation to improve user adoption and efficiency. /li liManage standard operations activities for the applications in scope. /li liPerform system administration including enabling/disabling users, assigning/creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and training business users and monitoring system performance. /li liPerform data analysis activities in collaboration with business stakeholders and other IT specialists. /li liPlan and execute unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing related to enhancements, changes, and upgrades of the applications in scope. /li /ul h3INTERACTIONS /h3 ul liSales and Marketing Managers, Regional Marketing team, Sales Representatives /li liMaster Data Management team /li liOther IT Departments /li /ul h3MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liProficiency with data analysis, data visualization and reporting tools /li liSkilled with Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel /li liVery good knowledge of modern database systems and the related best practices /li liProficiency with SQL and experience at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements /li liKnowledge of the JSON notation and capable of creating or reviewing JSON documents /li liUnderstanding of the concepts, data models, architectures and interfaces of business applications such as, for example, ERP and/or CRM systems /li liConsulting approach, ability on understanding internal customer needs /li liAbility to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner /li liAbility to work independently with minimal direction including providing regular status on assigned activities /li liExcellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment /li liFamiliarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles /li liProject management skills /li liDemonstrated experience as a self-driven, proactive SPOC for business users and customers, working with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to /li /ul h3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liExperience with Oracle Marketing Applications such as Oracle Eloqua, Oracle CX Unity /li liExperience with other products of the Oracle suite (e.g. Oracle CX Sales, EBS, etc.) /li liFamiliar with Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake solutions /li /ul h3BASIC QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study /li liStrong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with 5+ years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity /li liDeep knowledge in Customer and Contacts management and data governance /li /ul h3ABOUT THE TEAM /h3 pWork Authorization /p pNo calls or agencies please.
