Offerta As part of the HR Team, you will handle the following missions: Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee the execution of a plan using talent management tools and resources. Facilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews / Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit / function as required; Translate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term HR initiatives in support; Support the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the company's vision; Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set the proper strategy; Monitor the 'climate' on the network (identify any potential environment issues, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas); Lead communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department; Supervise the respect of existing policies and coordinate with the Area Manager any disciplinary actions required; Support the implementation of business unit-specific development strategies. Drive or coordinate the delivery of existing programs or develop new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength; Embody the company's values and act as an Ambassador; Promote, implement, and communicate activities, policies, regulations, and standards related to occupational health and safety; Identify training and development needs in accordance with the Area Manager; Deliver and deploy the company's Training strategy, leading and coordinating all Learning and Development initiatives. The ideal candidate: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, within a structured organization; Experience as an HR in retail / GDO industry is preferred; Experienced in leading and managing different people in different areas; Good knowledge of English (at least B2); Availability to travel nationally.
