This role is ideal for a senior sourcing professional with demonstrated industrial background, who wants to\ncombine operational excellence with a clear and structured step toward team leadership\n.

Your Role In the first phase, you will operate as\nSenior Buyer\n, fully accountable for managing a strategic supplier panel and delivering sourcing performance (QCDI) in line with Group Sourcing processes.

You will

- Manage suppliers under your responsibility to ensure\nQuality, Cost, Delivery and Innovation\nperformance
\n
- Deploy validated\nregional and commodity sourcing strategies
\n
- Lead RFQs, benchmarks, TCO analyses, negotiations and supplier nominations
\n
- Manage sourcing of new parts and coordinate qualification processes (design reviews, PPAP, APQP)
\n
- Negotiate and renew contractual commitments with strategic suppliers
\n
- Contribute to budget definition and ensure deployment of approved actions
\n
- Actively collaborate with plants and cross‑functional stakeholders to secure supply chain performance
\n

- Driving regional supplier panel performance in alignment with global sourcing strategy

\nYour Profile\n
\n
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in\nEngineering or Business\n, ideally with a\nSourcing specialization
\n
- Strong experience in\nindustrial sourcing / procurement\nin an international environment
\n
- Proven skills in\nnegotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis
\n
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
\n
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
\n
- Leadership potential and motivation to grow into a\npeople management role
\n
- Fluent in\nEnglish\n(written and spoken)
\n
- Advanced\nExcel\nskills and good knowledge of\nERP systems
\n
- Willingness to travel
