About the Position:
We are looking for a Work Analysis/Manufacturing Planning Manager to join the Electronics Corbetta Plant - Production, Planning & Control Department team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta.
As the Work Analysis/Manufacturing Planning Manager, you will coordinate the Production Planning & Control Team within the Electronics Systems Corbetta Plant by ensuring the application of worldwide standards related to blue-collar manpower management, cycle time analysis, and production performance measurement and improvement.
Your Responsibilities will be:
* Support plant efficiency analysis and productivity improvement planning;
* Maximize production output with minimal resources (headcount, materials, equipment);
* Capture production results and define required actions;
* Plan and realize cost competitiveness strategies;
* Visualize productivity and analyze losses;
* Calculate and optimize required manpower based on customer demand and equipment/load capacities;
* Lead KPI tracking for production competitiveness and equipment utilization surveys;
* Manage manufacturing plant cost and headcount budgets and monitor actuals;
* Plan and execute mid-term manufacturing strategies and activities;
* Ensure the right level of expertise in Work Analysis topics within the plant, verifying understanding and application, aligned with Central Manufacturing guidelines;
* Spread common standards of Work Analysis across the plant, ensuring proper understanding and application, aligned with guidelines;
* Facilitate internal benchmarking among Electronics Plants through experience exchange;
* Support Marelli Manufacturing System activities, enhancing MMS principles and tools, and facilitate deployment.
Qualifications:
* Engineering Degree
* 3+ years of experience in manufacturing shop floor/line management or similar roles
* Proficiency in English
* Knowledge and experience in time and motion study using MTM UAS system
* Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
