PpWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain Applications to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions supporting our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, compliance and regulatory, ensuring operational excellence, and driving digital transformation across procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution systems. /p pThe candidate will be responsible for: /p ul liLead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of supply chain application platforms (WMS, TMS, forecasting tools). /li liCollaborate with supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions. /li liOversee the implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of supply chain systems. /li liEnsure system reliability, performance, and compliance with internal and external standards. /li liManage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance supply chain capabilities. /li liLead and mentor a team of application specialists, analysts, and project managers. /li liMonitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; /li li8+ years of experience in IT roles with a focus on supply chain systems, including at least 3 years in a leadership position; /li liStrong knowledge of supply chain processes; /li liProven experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams; /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; /li liFluent in English; /li /ul h3HARD SKILLS /h3 ul liKnowledge of WMS, TMS, demand planning, and inventory optimization tools. /li liFamiliarity with system integration, data flows, and middleware platforms. /li liUnderstanding of supply chain processes and best practices. /li liExperience with project management frameworks. /li /ul h3SOFT SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong leadership and team management capabilities. /li liAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement. /li liStrategic thinking with a hands-on approach. /li /ul h3PREFERRED SKILLS /h3 ul liExperience in the pharmaceutical /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
