Backend Developer (Full-Stack Capable)
Location: Hybrid Working - Rome 2 days per week

Salary: Up to €50,000 gross per year + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior Backend Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying production-ready applications and a solid understanding of modern backend technologies. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain backend systems using TypeScript and PostgreSQL
* Build and integrate APIs for scalable applications
* Work with Docker and agentic coding principles
* Collaborate on DevOps tasks and staging environment setup
* Ensure high-quality, production-ready deployments
* Communicate effectively within a hybrid or remote team
Requirements
* 2–3 years experience in backend/full-stack development
* Strong knowledge of TypeScript, PostgreSQL, API development, and Docker
* Experience deploying production-ready applications
* Fluent in Italian
* Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
* Previous freelance experience is a plus
