What you'll be doing day to day
* Responsible for delivering a project within time, budget, and quality, making final decisions
* Take a leading role in the commercial planning and build-up activities for pre-projects
* Ensure proper handover of projects to the line organization
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of working methods in establishment and project management
* Ensure lessons learned from previous projects are documented and shared
* Responsible for steering group reporting
* Support the team in project establishment
* Act as a facilitator, coach, and informal mentor to leaders in the Retail Countries
* Lead cross-functional collaboration within Ingka Group and with other IKEA units
* Drive an open and sharing climate, embodying IKEA values, and ensuring co-worker engagement and empowerment
* Lead positive change and contribute to building a more inclusive, accessible IKEA, guided by People and Planet Positive commitments
