Your Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support and Order Processing:
o Process all subsequent actions related to orders, including order completion, release of part deliveries, open order monitoring, and providing requested style data files.
* Handling Customer Complaints:
o Address customer complaints based on product faults, delivery errors, transport damages, or losses.
* Returns and Credit Notes:
o Process returns and credit notes in a timely and efficient manner.
* Customer Data Management:
o Maintain, update, and refine all customer data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Order and Data Entry:
o Enter orders and data accurately and efficiently.
Your Profile:
* Education and Experience:
o A university degree in sales or business administration is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role in customer service/sales support is advantageous.
* Languages and Skills:
o Fluent level in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of import/export documentations is beneficial.
* Soft Skills:
o A team player with intercultural sensitivity.
