Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimisation and industrialisation, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /p h3Purpose /h3 pThe Global IBP Manager supports the execution and continuous improvement of the global Sales Operations Planning process, ensuring transparency, consistency and structured alignment between Demand, Supply and Finance. The role enables effective cross‑functional collaboration by preparing, structuring and facilitating the SOP cycle, ensuring that relevant topics, risks and misalignments are clearly visible and addressed within the process. Operating within the global Supply Chain Governance Transformation framework, the figure contributes to the development and stabilisation of the SOP process without owning functional planning responsibilities. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul lib1. SOP Cycle Preparation Coordination /b – Prepare and coordinate the monthly SOP cycle, ensuring that all required inputs from Demand, Supply and Finance are available, consistent and aligned in timing. Support the organization of all SOP steps (Demand Review, Supply Review, Executive SOP), ensuring readiness and completeness. /li lib2. Transparency Structuring of Inputs /b – Consolidate and structure inputs from Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Finance to ensure full transparency across the planning process. Ensure that relevant topics such as demand‑supply gaps, forecast deviations, supply constraints and financial impacts are clearly visible, consistently presented and prepared for discussion. /li lib3. Process Support Facilitation /b – Support SOP meetings by facilitating the process flow, ensuring efficient use of time, clear agenda execution and proper documentation of outcomes. Ensure follow‑up on actions and decisions, maintaining transparency across stakeholders. /li lib4. Cross‑Functional Alignment Support /b – Support alignment across Demand, Supply, Finance and Manufacturing by ensuring that all perspectives are reflected and transparently represented in the process. Provide an independent view on planning outputs, highlighting inconsistencies or gaps where relevant. /li lib5. Performance Visibility /b – Support transparency on key SOP performance indicators (e.g. service, inventory, forecast accuracy). Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure availability and consistency of data used within the SOP process. /li lib6. Continuous Improvement Support /b – Actively contribute to the development of the Integrated Business Process and the design of the GRD SOP / IBP Process.
