This is an opportunity to influence engineering standards and drive cross-organization impact. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliOwn the delivery and continuous improvement of Requirements Engineering capabilities and the target platform; manage coexistence with legacy RM tools during transition /liliProvide expertise in requirements lifecycle management across elicitation, decomposition, allocation, interface specification, verification/validation linkage, baselining, and change control /liliTranslate business and engineering needs into a target-state roadmap, transitional plan, and prioritized backlogs for pilots, migrations, and integrations /liliAdvise on requirement quality, taxonomy, naming conventions, link semantics, review workflows, and suspect link management /liliPlan and execute data migration/consolidation including mapping, harmonization, link preservation, ID strategy, baselining, and post-migration validation /liliCapture, challenge, and consolidate requirements across teams and partners to prevent duplication /liliCommunicate vision, scope, risks, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including transitional impacts /liliDefine Domain and Supply Chain access models and onboarding to the capability, including secure partner exchange mechanisms /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline /liliService Management certification (e.g., ITIL) or equivalent experience /liliProject/Programme Management certification (e.g., APM, Prince2) or demonstrable multi-phase transition experience /liliMinimum 10 years of experience delivering requirements engineering in complex programmes with DOORS/DOORS NG, governance, and cross-tool integration (notably Cameo System Modeler and TeamCenter) /liliProven Aerospace/Defence programme experience (minimum 10 years) with traceability, configuration control, certification evidence, and partner exchanges /liliStrong knowledge of model-based systems engineering and digital thread enablement across requirements, design, test, and in-service data /liliStrong financial and resource management skills including planning, budgeting, and cost control for transitional/target-state operations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
