At our location in Ferrara, Italy, we are looking for a Software Developer Tasks Develop, customize, and maintain the existing COMOS CAE database (Siemens product) Analyze and troubleshoot user-reported issues within the database Implement improvements through development, coding, and testing based on assigned tasks Check the feasibility of new development requests, including providing cost estimates Specify and implement concepts for new features and interfaces with other systems (CPQ, ERP, ECAD) Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with experience in databases Knowledge of working with databases Very good scripting skills with SQL Basic knowledge of the technical design and operation of pneumatic conveying and extrusion systems (desirable) Analytical skills to understand and apply complex technical structures Creative problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions for defined challenges High level of accuracy and diligence Collaborative team player with effective communication skills Good written and spoken English and Italian skills Basic knowledge of written and spoken German (desirable) Please send your CV in English.
