Commissioning & Operation Engineer – Permanent – Energy Division – Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities
Develop detailed engineering for pre‑commissioning, commissioning, startup, warranty checks, client personnel training, and final acceptance/handover of plant projects.
Create commissioning procedures and operational test procedures for various plant systems.
Support the execution of pre‑commissioning, commissioning, startup, warranty checks, client training, and final acceptance/handover in Italy and abroad.
Interface with other project functions, licensors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
5 years of experience as a process specialist or commissioning engineer (10 years if no degree).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management.
Ability to organize work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, deepen knowledge, and stay updated.
Willingness to relocate/assign to international projects for 1–2 years.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3–5 years of experience as a safety engineer or HSE in the Oil & Gas sector.
