We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the full HR agenda of our manufacturing Plant in Ancona.The role requires daily HR plant management, strong knowledge of industrial relations, a strategic HR Business Partnering mindset, supporting the execution of company culture together with the local Management Team.
What You Will Do
Be the primary point of reference for daily HR business partnering activities for the Ancona Plant; Manage local Industrial Relations with Unions/RSU, negotiate and draft internal agreements, and guide daily IR activities; Partner with the local Leadership Team to support business priorities and workforce effectiveness by cascading a team leadership model that builds trust and encourages collaboration; Execute workforce planning, budgeting, and personnel cost forecasting; Monitor, analyze, and leverage key HR KPIs to support informed decision-making; Manage recruitment for both White Collar and Blue Collar populations.Support Talent Development, in terms of development,retention and training activities; Drive Performance Management processes, coaching managers to set clear objectives and ensure fair evaluations that promote accountability, meritocracy, and business performance; Foster a positive employee experience by enhancing the Employee Value Proposition and promoting a culture of empowerment, trust, and openness.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields; At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment - mandatory; Strong, proven experience in Industrial Relations and Union/RSU management - mandatory; Solid analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actions; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both White Collar and Blue Collar populations; Fluent Italian and good English.
