We are a fast-growing HR tech startup backed by leading international VCs, having raised €9M+ from 360 Capital, IFF, Kfund and 14Peaks. We are a team of 30+ professionals passionate about shaping the future of talent assessment. Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top‑skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.
About the Role
We are building a partner ecosystem that can bring our technology into new markets and new use cases through collaborations with consulting firms, system integrators, L&D providers and international networks.
To achieve this, we are looking for the first person dedicated to Partnerships at Skillvue. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (Gianmarco) and you will have the mission to build the function from scratch by defining the strategy, processes, pipeline, co‑marketing initiatives, operating model and collaboration frameworks.
You won’t be copying what others have done. You’ll be creating what Skillvue needs today and what will take us where we want to be tomorrow.
Responsibilities
You will become the go‑to person for everything related to strategic partnerships, both in Italy and internationally. Concretely, you will:
Develop the partner network: identify new strategic partners who can generate mutual value (HR consulting firms, L&D providers, specialized boutiques and international tech players); activate new partnerships to expand our commercial channels, distribution and project delivery capacity.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle: define Skillvue’s partnership proposition tailored to different partner segments; manage negotiations, contracts, onboarding and partner enablement (enablement materials, demos, training); ensure partners are fully equipped to bring Skillvue to their clients.
Co‑delivery & co‑marketing: collaborate with key partners on joint initiatives (events, webinars, content, case studies, commercial campaigns); contribute to positioning Skillvue as the go‑to solution for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Internal Mobility processes.
Relationship management: build long‑lasting relationships with a long‑term growth mindset; support partners in project execution and identification of new opportunities.
Analysis & performance: monitor key KPIs to evaluate partnership effectiveness (pipeline generated, conversion, revenue share, partner engagement, ROI of initiatives); gather partner feedback to improve materials, processes and product‑market fit across different markets.
Cross‑team collaboration: work closely with Sales (to generate pipeline and share opportunities), Marketing (for co‑marketing, events and content), Customer Success (for delivery and partnership retention) and Product (to align roadmap and integrations).
What We’re Looking For
Must‑have
5–7 years of experience in partnerships, strategy consulting or go‑to‑market roles.
Ability to build processes from scratch, learning and iterating quickly.
Strong commercial and relational skills: you can build trust, hold structured conversations and create lasting relationships.
Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
Nice to have
Experience with AI‑driven HR tools, People Analytics or Learning & Development platforms.
Previous international work experience is a plus.
Proficiency in French, German or Spanish is considered an advantage.
