Global HR Transformation Internship | starting date: January 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan,Amplifon is looking for a talented person with a passion for technology and an interest in the HR field to support our Global Center of Excellence Organization and Change Effectiveness team in digital transformation initiatives. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You'll be in charge of:
* Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.
* Collaborate on the definition and implementation of new processes, from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.
* Support the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
* Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization, acting as a change agent to foster HR's digital transformation.
You are the right person if you:
* Degree in human resources, economics, management engineering, or similar (or near completion).
* Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes, with a focus on data analysis.
* Basic skills in Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and attention to detail.
* Professional proficiency in English.
