The selected candidate will oversee corporate systems, cloud services, cybersecurity, networks, devices, software environments, user access, IT policies and the operational procedures required to support a secure, scalable and professional organization.This role includes:Enterprise IT systemsCybersecurity and data protectionCloud infrastructureDevice management (MDM / Intune / Apple Business Manager)Internal platforms and system architectureThe IT Manager will ensure that all systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a research-driven organization.Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & SystemsDesign and manage IT infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, hybrid systems)Oversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and enterprise servicesManage networks, servers, and internal systemsCybersecurityDefine and implement cybersecurity strategiesManage endpoint protection, monitoring, and threat detectionEnsure compliance with security frameworks and best practicesImplement VPNs, access control systems, and secure communication protocolsDevice & Identity ManagementManage Intune, Apple Business Manager, MDM policiesConfigure and control corporate devices (MacBook, iPhone, etc.)Define user access, permissions, and identity structuresSoftware & Platform Development SupportSupport development teams with infrastructure and deploymentOversee internal platforms (including custom systems and terminal environments)Ensure integration between backend systems and infrastructureGovernance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GDPR and data protection standardsDefine IT policies, access control, and internal security proceduresManage backups, disaster recovery, and system continuityRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, or cybersecurityStrong experience with:Microsoft 365 / Entra IDIntune / MDM systemsCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Knowledge of:Network architectureEndpoint securityIdentity and access managementExperience with cybersecurity tools (e.G.
