The Assistant Manager helps to maximize store productivity and profitability, leads by example, sets the tone on the sales floor. The role will support with teambuilding, staff development and provides regular feedback to the store team that will result in exceeding store goals. The Assistant manager should be fully capable of looking after the store in Store Manager absence.Key Responsibilities:Commercial and SalesTakes ownership and accountability for store and personal productivity.Contributes to setting goals and holds team accountable for productivity standards.Creates a high energy, sales and service focused environment at all times.Consistently manages physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met.Support the Store Manager with providing training and coaching for team members to help them achieve their individual sales targets and KPI's.Record and update sales performance, such as sell-throughs, product feedback, trade feedback.Support with the set
