This is just the beginning.The roleWe are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & HR Support to join our People team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and support both recruiting activities and day-to-day HR operations.This role is ideal if you’ve already had a first experience in recruitment (internship or junior role) and want to continue growing in HR within a fast-paced startup environment.What you’ll doTalent AcquisitionSupport the recruitment process end-to-end, especially in the early stagesScreen CVs and manage applications through our ATSCoordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and hiring managersSupport candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experienceHelp with job postings and employer branding activitiesHR SupportSupport onboarding activities for new hiresHelp manage HR documentation and employee dataSupport internal HR initiatives (surveys, performance reviews, people processes)Be a point of contact for basic HR-related questions from the teamHelp keep HR tools and documents organized and up to dateWho we’re looking forYou’re a great fit if you:Have completed at least one internship or junior experience in recruitment / HRAre organized, reliable and detail-orientedEnjoy working with people and communicating clearlyAre curious, proactive and eager to learnFeel comfortable using digital tools (ATS, Google Workspace, xlwpduy Notion is a plus)Are fluent in Italian and have a good level of EnglishWhat we offer6-month fixed-term contractWe have a salary range of 25\'000-27\'000€ + welfare + meal vouchersOffice in Milan, with a hybrid work modelHands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and HRContinuous learning and close mentorship from the HR ManagerA young, collaborative and informal startup environmentInterview ProcessFirst interview with the HR ManagerA technical interview with the HR ManagerA chat with our Co-FoundersBy applying, you consent to Sibill’s processing of your personal data for recruitment and hiring purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at: J-18808-Ljbffr
