Support the growth and performance of the e‑retail channel across EuropeEnsure alignment with global E‑Business strategy and guidelinesOptimize digital execution and performance across key markets and partners
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure perfect execution of CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) across E‑retailers’ platformsSupport the planning and optimization of E‑Retailers’ activation activities, in line with Commercial and Marketing prioritiesCollaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to streamline E‑commerce and Digital processesCoordinate with local markets to align execution with Global guidelines and ensure correct go‑live of materialsMonitor and analyse E‑commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score)Provide regular reporting and updates to EMEA, Sales and Marketing teamsMonitor competitors’ online activities across markets
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E‑commerce/Digital rolesStrong knowledge of digital tools and MS Office (especially Excel)Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skillsProfessional fluency in EnglishExperience in Beauty and/or Luxury Fashion sector is a plusAccuracy, reliability, and ability to work independentlyStrong organisational skillsTeam‑oriented mindset and collaborative attitudeFlexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
