Answer questions on menu selections and\ncommunicate relevant information to the kitchen staff. Place and log call back\nfor room service order. Notify guests and management of delays in service\ndelivery. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Complete all\nclosing reports, including MICROS reports. Process all payment methods. Serve\nfood courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Check in with guests to ensure\nsatisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Complete closing duties,\nincluding restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and\naccurate check to guest and process payment. \n\n \n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n\nHigh proficiency in English and Italian.
