We are looking for 4 motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team as interns, with a clear path toward full-time employment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment.
Each position requires fluency in a specific language to support our global hiring needs:
* 1 position: Spanish speaker
* 1 position: German speaker
* 1 position: French speaker
* 1 position: Chinese or Japanese speaker
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level)
* Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, French and Chinese or Japanese
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
