Main Responsibilities:
Support the daily management of the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
Assist in organizing and scheduling internal training sessions (virtual and in‐person).
Generate training reports from the LMS (attendance, completion rates, feedback).
Support the creation and formatting of digital learning materials with internal tools.
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Education or a scientific field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and curiosity.
Digital mindset and interest in AI applications in training.
English level B1.
Offer:
6‐month internship.

Junior Product Manager – Eye Care & Joint Care (Romania)
Main Responsibilities:
Define and execute the annual marketing strategy with four‐month tactical plans.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity, adjusting strategy and forecasts.
Lead new product launches and manage marketing budgets.
Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Drive customer segmentation and analysis.
Organize product trainings and assess sales team knowledge.
Support medical events and manage suppliers.
Prepare marketing activity and budget reports.
Requirements:
University degree in Marketing (preferred). Alternate fields acceptable.
Strong analytical, synthesis and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Romanian and English.
Offer:
Open‐ended contract.
Salary: RON 161,000 – 202,000.
Key Account Manager – Joint Care (Poland, Warsaw)
Main Responsibilities:
Promote the orthopedic portfolio to healthcare experts and manage relationships.
Organize and conduct training sessions for doctors.
Represent the company at congresses, conferences and training sessions.
Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Prepare and execute promotional and sales activities.
Report on KPI performance and budget.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in orthopedics and therapeutic injections.
Strong contacts with physicians in relevant fields.
Proven sales, negotiation and analytical skills.
Valid B‐class driving licence.
Offer:
Salary: PLN 145,000 – 170,000.

Corporate Communication Intern
Main Responsibilities:
Support execution of global communication activities (PR, events, sponsorships, editorial plans).
Assist with daily administrative tasks (invoices, contracts).
Collaborate on ad‐hoc communication events.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or similar.
Master's or postgraduate qualification in Marketing Communication or Journalism (plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe).
Excellent Italian and English written and spoken.
Strong presentation, interpersonal and detail‐oriented communication skills.
English level B1.

Maintenance Technician – Refrigeration
Main Responsibilities:
Perform ordinary, extraordinary and preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Diagnose technical faults and recommend improvements.
Prepare technical reports and update documentation.
Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Support warehouse stock management and equipment budgeting.
Requirements:
Technical diploma in thermotechnics, electrical, mechatronics or automation.
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical sector.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and main equipment.
Ability to read technical diagrams.
F‐Gas licence required; Additional steam generator licence preferred.
Basic English (A2).
Strong problem‐solving and teamwork skills.
Offer:
Permanent contract.
Salary: €35,000 – 40,000.
