About
Ciao a tutti! Welcome to our Service team in Italy. As our Service Engineer Intern, you’ll support real ESS and PV projects end-to-end and learn fast alongside experienced colleagues. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
* Support remote technical troubleshooting for field engineers and partners to help resolve real project issues.
* Assist with commissioning activities and workshop testing to build hands-on understanding of systems and equipment.
* Help manage and follow up support tickets to learn structured issue tracking and resolution.
* Contribute to technical issue analysis and rework cases to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
* Create and improve technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
* Support site readiness through HSE and site documentation preparation in line with internal requirements.
Your profile
Role
All right, all right, that was intriguing wasn’t it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
* Ongoing studies in Engineering or a technical field (industrial, electrical, electronics, communications, or similar).
* English at B2 level or higher (tested during the interview process).
* Interest in electrical equipment and renewable energy technologies (PV and energy storage).
* Structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail.
* Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced team.
* Collaborative attitude and clear communication style in an international environment.
