As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities of one or more projects: Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth. Working on functional analysis and engaging directly with clients from the start, participating in meetings that will give you comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the project, developing communication and problem-solving skills. Contract Type Based on the candidate's skills, we offer two options: If during interviews, skills are assessed as not immediately suitable for autonomous work (or requiring 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an internship (curricular or extracurricular) of up to 6 months is offered, leading to a permanent apprenticeship contract. If skills are assessed as suitable for immediate autonomous work (or requiring 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract is offered.
