**Job description**
IA Group is looking for an enthusiastic person with either a legal or negotiations working experience background, for an entry level position within the Europe Team in our Milan office.
We are looking for an **Italian and English **speaking “Legal Insolvency Analyst”.
In this job you will be responsible for negotiation and mediation with involved parties regarding claims in insolvency cases.
There is close cooperation with colleagues in Amsterdam and those in our other European offices.
**Requirements**:
- Provably fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a plus
- Work experience in legal, international trade or insurance claims is a plus
- Relevant study background, f.e.: business or law studies
- Excellent negotiation ability and learning ability.
- Good team-working and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Detail oriented.
- You enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are capable to independently handle investigations and insolvency cases.
- Resident of greater Milan (we do not support relocation).
