The team develops ML algorithms to help our customers make decisions on top of the millions of survey responses we receive daily. To do that well, we use applied machine learning techniques including natural language processing, classification, spam detection, personalization and ranking. This role plays a critical part in advancing SurveyMonkey’s ability to extract meaningful insights from survey responses, which is essential for delivering differentiated value to customers. /ppstrongWhat you’ll be working on /strong /pulliPropose novel machine learning algorithms and productionize them to help customers from survey creation to insight extraction.
