Posizione: - Design a Quality Management System (QMS) - Manage the company QMS and monitor it in order to assess its adequacy and effectiveness - Develop Quality Management procedures - Organize and conduct theoretical/practical courses on aspects of Quality Management - Identify and/or propose preventive and corrective actions for the Quality Management System - Verify the consistency of the technical documents related to procurement, fabrication and installation with the requirements of the Quality Management System - Evaluate suppliers’ QMS - Perform internal and external audits (audit personnel) - Assist and support escalation and resolution of business quality performance issues - Contribute to enhancements to global systems, processes and tools to support changing / evolving global needs / requirements Requisiti: - Degree in engineering or science and five years of experience in the area of evaluating Quality Management Systems, or a technical secondary degree and five years of experience in the area of evaluating Quality Management Systems - Principles, methods and techniques of Quality Management - Good knowledge of the ISO 9001, knowledge of other standards such as ASME-NQA1, ISO 19443 are a plus - Methods for measurement, analysis, control and improvement (e.g. Lean principles, VSM, FMEA, KPI/Balanced Scorecards) - Systems of standardization, certification and accreditation related to products, quality systems, and personnel - Knowledge / experiences in: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, NCR tools, Doc Mgt tools, Vendor Rating and Customer Satisfaction, Cost of Poor Quality processes are a plus - Demonstrating: perseverance, motivation, autonomy, structured and methodological - Good knowledge of English
