**Job Title:** Nuclear Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will plan and prepare the execution of critical production activities on Nuclear Components.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and update the weekly planning schedule in collaboration with Component Delivery manager, Production manager, Metal Works manager, Engineering team, and Shift Supervisor.
2. Review inputs needed to complete activities and ensure their completion by participating in Readiness Reviews and Prejobs.
3. Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure all documentation is approved and ready for use.
4. Review First of A Kind activities with Engineering and Fabrication Manager to confirm that people are trained, equipment is prepared, and risk mitigation activities are implemented.
5. Analyze performed activities to define improvement plans.
6. Provide daily updates on progress to the project team.
7. Report and escalate any issues to identify owners and possible solutions.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in similar roles.
Technical degree required.
