TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and deliver the recruitment efforts and objectives for the Operations division. The talented individual will:
- Take full lifecycle ownership for attracting and hiring high quality talent into the global Operations team
- Partner with the TA leadership, HRBP and Business area in the delivery of the TA strategy, projects and initiatives for the division, taking responsibility for successfully achieving recruitment objectives.
- Effectively tailor and manage the implementation of the TA strategy.
- Support, coach and mentor the talented team members across different countries.
- Drive all relevant TA and initiatives to establish YNAP as “Employer of Choice” and deliver to our EVP (Fabric)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
TA Strategy - Tailoring and Implementation:
- Provide input to TA CoE leadership to help tailor TA strategy to specific needs of business divisions.
- Understand, input and roll-out global TA strategy within a business division/ region in scope.
- Drive implementation and training for TA team, relevant HR and Hiring Managers stakeholders on new TA material/ technology.
- Analyse relevant attrition and internal movements and continuously benchmark best practice. Define forecast.
Attraction/Sourcing Strategy:
- Through your industry knowledge, create and communicate a clear actionable sourcing strategy which considers the most appropriate, direct sourcing channels, to find the best talent.
Act as a true HR leader to your hiring managers and HR Partners, assisting with resource planning. Understand the workforce plan and define and manage recruitment objectives and relevant talent pools.
Delivery of BAU - for areas in scope:
- Hands on delivery of roles - through team and own efforts.
- Align with TA CoE leadership on objectives (KPIs) and responsible for overall delivery.
- Monitor and communicate TA metrics performance (monthly, weekly, ad-hoc reporting where relevant).
- Responsible for driving data integrity (Workday and LinkedIN)
- Accountable for TA spend.
- Work with Talent leadership on project management, team capacity, updates and global team events
Leadership, Self and Team Development:
- Manage a diverse team of TA Partners, interns and temporary resources, across multiple countries.
- Support and develop team members, through a coaching approach and in line with internal guidelines and processes.
- Motivate team and provide an environment for team to thrive
- Be a role model for YNAP’s Values and Behaviours
- Make use of internal development tools and leadership support available to fuel personal growth

- Be a protector and advocate for the YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group brand and actively promote the employee value proposition in an extremely competitive market
Contribute to the overall people retention strategy and the employee lifecycle
Processes and Tools:
- Provide continuous feedback to TA CoE Leadership on performance of existing tools and processes. Take ownership of specific initiatives driving improvements.
- Work closely with business leaders, proactively review trends and value-added opportunities to improve internal mobility and TA processes
- Ensure global TA processes and policies are correctly implemented and followed by areas in scope.
- In collaboration with the wider HR team contribute and drive operational effectiveness of the HR function
The type of person we are looking for:
- Significant recruitment experience with in-depth knowledge of various recruitment practices, metrics, guidelines and industry trends
Leadership and project management skills. Experience implementing programmes/ projects for TA.
- Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of employment and recruitment legislation
- Ability to lead and inspire a recruitment team, ideally across multiple sites
Proven ability to understand, create and manage recruitment success metrics/ KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high demand environment, excelling in dealing with ambiguity and coping with swift changes of direction.
- Ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels - excellent verbal and communication skills.
