Introduction
The Brand Coordinator Soft Goods will be the facilitator between Sales/ Marketing/Product teams and the Customer / Consumer contributing to successful go to market plans.
Contract type: Temporary 1 year finalized to permanent
Location: Pero (close to Milano)
The Challenge
Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development of Shimano and Pearl Izumi brand (Clothing & Shoes) in the Italian market.
Your main tasks will be the following:
- Achieve targeted volume and margin level on the basis of the activities plan previously implemented.
- Promotional and commercial activities planning.
- Actively communication with the brand producers in order to have all necessary information.
- Prepare the product offers in terms of assortment, prices and margins.
- Download and manage samples, catalogs, price lists in order to prepare the collection for sale.
- Initiate meetings with people involved in the decision-making process in the company
- Prepare all necessary materials for sales representatives retailers and consumers
- Organize product presentation and trainings for sales reps, retail customers, or consumers
- Analyze competition in order to have good understanding of category competitive conditions.
What are we looking for?
- A completed commercial education on Bachelor-level
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position in an international setting
- Affinity with the bike-market or clothing industry is considered a plus
- You have excellent intercultural communication skills, you have an analytical as well as practical mindset, you are pro-active and goal oriented
- You are customer oriented, you take responsibility and you are able to perform your work independently
- Open for regular travelling throughout Italy & Europe
- Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Great knowledge of Excel & Power Point
