Experteer Overview
As part of the M Renewables team in Italy, you will lead on‑site mechanical activities to support integrated project delivery for renewable energy initiatives. You’ll coordinate with project and construction leaders, supervise subcontractors, and manage on‑site budgets and technical support. This role blends hands‑on site work with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure safe, cost‑effective execution. You’ll be at the forefront of our green metallurgy and renewable projects, contributing to scalable, sustainable solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Pre‑condition site surveys
* Initial site setup and establishment (supported by HSE site engineers)
* Coordinate with project manager, construction manager and site engineers to ensure integrated project delivery
* Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
* Report to the project manager any deviations from PoW or scope by the subcontractors
* Assist the team with project budgets for mechanical works, ensuring cost‑effective procurement of materials and services
* Provide technical support onsite
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* MSc is advantageous
* 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in renewable energy
* Ability to interpret electrical, xjrgpwk mechanical and civil construction drawings
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Knowledge of AUTOCAD
* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
