What You'll Do Develop Strategic Partnerships: Go beyond day-to-day management to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Act as a trusted consultant, embedding yourself in their business. Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Lead client education, conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), and present performance analysis that tells a story and provides clear, actionable recommendations. Orchestrate Flawless Execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and onboarding to execution and reporting. Proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance. Identify and Drive Growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. Be the Voice of the Client: Work seamlessly with internal Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, as well as with our platform partners, to ensure client feedback informs our strategies and product offerings. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Native or full professional fluency in Italian, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills in English. A strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems with data. A genuine curiosity for the Italian digital advertising industry and an appetite for learning.
