Ph3Overview /h3pThe Partner Business Manager (PBM) is an important member of HP Italy, responsible for driving HP business in cooperation with assigned Partners, overall product categories growth in personal business sector and profitability management. /ppThe purpose of the role is to make it easy and profitable to resell HP products and establish HP as the preferred vendor within the assigned partners, by building and maintaining excellent relationships with all levels within the partners’ organization, with the objective to maximize HP share of business and sales growth /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliThe Partner Business Manager is responsible for the following /liliChannel Program deployment /liliAttains quarterly targets and annual quota. /liliDriving strategic engagement with the Partners to maximize sales and share of a business. /liliEffectively sells HP offerings by building strong relationships, and promoting HP\'s strengths /liliFacilitating conversations around the value proposition of HP hardware portfolio, and software solutions. /liliManaging the HP business through effective account planning while driving over quota revenue performance and market share gains with resellers. /liliDeveloping additional opportunities to grow the business. /liliIntroducing join business plans and managing quarterly sales activities /liliImplementing and promoting the efficient use of HP sales tools within Partners. /liliEstablishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with partners focusing mainly on owners and decision makers /liliEnsures partners are compliant with legal and SBC practices /li /ulh3Knowledge, Skills and Education Required /h3ulliStrong business acumen and a solid understanding of HP’s industry and business /liliExcellent sales, organizational and project management skills /liliStrong relationship management and influencing skills /liliProfessionalism, confidentiality, and judgment /liliStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build and sustain exceptional business relationships with executives and business owners /liliDemonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications /liliAbility to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines /liliAbility to think operate across all HP business units and organizations /liliUnderstanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel /liliKnowledge of HP\'s organization operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs initiatives /liliUnderstanding of a specific set of HP\'s products and services.
