Responsibilities
* Participate in the Tools repair process, as well as facilitating the resolution of problems that arise.
* Development, monitoring and modification of schedules for the repair of existing Tools and Jigs thus guaranteeing timely and effective delivery.
* The chosen candidates will also ensure that the specifications of the present equipment meet quality requirements.
* Identify and coordinate the resolution of enduring problems.
Requirements
* Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering – Design and Manufacturing or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
* Diploma in tool & die making
* Experience in Tool making and machining processes - Mold making experience is an asset.
* Must be ready to work shifts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Ability to prioritise and complete work assignments by specific deadlines.
