Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.What The Job Looks LikeLead and manage investigations, risk evaluations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) related to non-conformances such as deviations, complaints, and market recalls, collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsAct as the primary QA contact for various departments, ensuring reliability, responsibility, and accountability in decision-making processesDrive the implementation and application of Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools and principles across the organizationAdvance process improvements in quality, supporting change programs and ensuring the realization of project objectivesEnsure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental protection within your area of responsibilityWhat You'll Bring To The TableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, especially in investigation processes, root cause analysis, problem-solving, with a solid understanding of Quality Management in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelinesDegree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnologies, etc)Demonstrated success in process improvement and driving quality excellence in cross-functional teamsProven experience in deploying cultural change by empowering, training, and coaching high-performing teams, leading change acting as promoterFluency both in Italian and EnglishStrategic and analytical thinking, with a Global perspective & Intercultural sensitivityPrecision, reliability, and strong attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management & networking and communication skillsOPEX mind-set and education with deep knowledge of LEAN & continuous improvement toolsGrünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
