Here below your responsibilities : /b /p ul liProvide Welding support to all engineering disciplines to comply with contractual requirements and with the updated technological criteria; /li liEvaluate Client / End User tender documents and requirements relevant to metallic materials and associated fabrication process; /li liPrepare and issue preliminary Welding Documents for assigned project or bids; /li liPrepare / Update Welding General Specifications and Standards, PMI Specification, technical specifications for special metallic materials and welding consumables, NDT table for piping / pipeline construction welds; /li liReview welding documents (WPS / PQR), welding repair and heat treatment procedures issued by Manufacturer / Vendor and prepare welding qualification matrix and pWPS for piping / pipeline direct hiring construction welds; /li liDefine and witness welding trial test for special materials; /li liManage the welding qualifications phase of a Project through supervision of nominated subcontractor or by direct hiring providing the required technical support and liaising with personnel on-site up to the emission of Welding Book; /li liParticipate to Welding Procedure Qualifications in our Pipeline Technologies Center Located in Ploiesti - Romania. /li liEnsure the readiness of the welding equipment on vessels / yards prior the start of the installation / production /li liParticipate to the welder qualifications onboard vessels or on site. /li liFollow up of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), analyze and explain any deviation. /li liLiaise with independent research bodies (e.g. TWI, EWI, IIS) to develop the application of new metallic materials, technologies and test; /li liReview journals and technical papers for new welding technology. Maintain contact with welding equipment suppliers and consumable vendors to promote advances in welding technology. /li /ul pWhat are we looking for? /p pEducation : Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chimical, Materials Engineering /p pExperience : 3-5 years' experience as a Welding Engineer in the OilGas industry /p pbLanguages : English minimum B1 /b /p pTechnical Skills : it is appreciated the International Welding Engineer (IWE) Certificate /p pIT Skills : good skills in using the main computer software programs /p pWhat else should you know?
