Join us in shaping the future of space operations and take your ambition to new heights. /ppOperating in the Technology Business Unit and reporting to the Head of Products, the Product Assurance Manager (PAM) is part of the growing Quality and Product Assurance group. With responsibility for the product assurance and safety for D-Orbit’s platforms, you will drive the quality of the assigned business line and related projects and services. /ppDuring the entire product lifecycle, the PAM will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of product assurance practices and the related engineering safety and management programs. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare and implement general and project-specific documentation and requirements /liliManage and Drive to resolution of non-conformances (NCR) through root cause analysis /liliResponsible for estimations (duration and resource profile) of PA involvement for new projects. /liliPerform tailoring and statement of compliance on externally provided project requirements (ECSS) /liliManage PA deliverables status within specific projects and related RIDs from the Customer. /liliEnsure compliance of products and services to internal and external standards and requirements. /liliSupport technology roadmaps managing quality aspects. /liliWork in synergy with Engineering team providing PAS guidance. /liliCoordinate and review the work of PAS experts on specific projects. /liliMonitor and manage suppliers’ quality to ensure compliance with applicable requirements; this includes auditing activities. /liliSupport the implementation of standards and best practices in the product industrialization field. /liliSupport the implementation of the configuration management system on D-Orbit projects. /li /ulh3Experience Required /h3ulliExperience in leading PAS topics within complex products /liliExperience working with product industrialization environment. /liliExperience with Space Quality Standards (and Space Standards in general), their implementation and of the space industry in general is considered a plus (EN9100). /liliExperience working with institutional customers PCBA is considered a plus /liliExperience working with requirements management tool. /liliAt least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex electro-mechanical products assurance activities in multiple complex projects /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliExcellent organizational and planning abilities. /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills. /liliAnalytical mindset with proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities. /liliAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. /liliKnowledge of any topics within configuration management, quality auditing or certification is considered a plus. /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor or higher engineering degree, in any relevant engineering area. /ppLanguage/IT: Full professional proficiency in the English language.
