Job Title: Breakfast AttendantResponsibilities
Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet according to the hotel's standards.
Set tables for guests following established procedures.
Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.).
Replenish the buffet throughout service.
Check the freshness and quality of all items served.
Prepare simple in‐house items (cakes, crepes, muffins, etc.).
Cook or reheat certain products (pastries, bread, eggs, etc.).
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Welcome guests courteously and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to specific requests.
Clear and clean tables after guests depart.
Clean and organize the buffet area and breakfast dining room.
Maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment.
Manage stock and report any replenishment needs.
Early morning shifts.
Prolonged periods of standing.
Handling of light loads (plates, trays, etc.).
Qualifications
Strong sense of service and hospitality.
Speed and efficiency in task execution.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP).
Experience in restaurants or hotels is a plus.
You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
